One-year limited warranty
The proposed hardware warranty covers functional manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. Normal cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse and neglect are excluded, subject to applicable law.
Sleeve coverage
A 90-day manufacturing-defect warranty is planned for the Utease removable sleeve. Coverage and exclusions for feelzi materials will be specified before sales begin.
Making a claim
Contact support with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request non-sensitive evidence, offer troubleshooting, or arrange an authorized return to assess the product.
Care & handling
Follow the product-specific manual. Do not immerse electrical housings; IPX4 does not mean waterproof. Disconnect power before cleaning. Stop using a damaged product. Material-specific cleaning instructions will accompany the final products.
Scope
These draft commercial warranty terms are separate from mandatory statutory rights. Final remedy procedures and return costs will be published before ordering becomes available.
